INTRODUCTION TO MUSHROOM CULTIVATION – $75 per person
Join us at Oak Glen Conference Center for a morning workshop on mushroom log inoculation. We will be drilling and filling freshly felled hardwood logs with shiitake and oyster sawdust spawn, then sealing them with wax before placing in the garden. A garden fresh lunch will be served.
