Dehydrated Shiitake mushrooms, grown by us here on the farm. We inoculate logs over the winter with organic mushroom spawn, and they grow on the logs throughout the year. Add to soups, stews, sautés, simply rehydrate and use as you would any other mushroom. 50g per bag.
